It was a very exciting time at our live auction that we held on December 5th 2010.
Our Auction to raise funds for our homeless animals was the best yet. We had a great turn out of people. The items donated were over 150 and all ended up with a huge amount of money that will go towards the medical care of these animals.
The most important thing to me was the ease of your program and the almost immediate help that was supplied to us from your company.
As mentioned, we had a large volume of people arriving at the same time. We had an easy way to get through fast and easily for the guests. They filled out a preprinted card – similar to an index card. We then collected each one and the information was inserted onto your program. A bidding card was handed in order to each bidder and thus... they were on the system.
All our auction items had been entered earlier that morning and we printed our program to follow that same order. As the items were brought up for bidding, it showed on your program. The item was won and the bidding number was entered. Automatically, the bidders name came up and that was it.
At the end of the event, as people lined up for payment and receipts, we were amazed at how fast and easy it was. With 140 people all ready to head home, we were done and payments completed in 15 minutes.
Although we were all exhausted at the end of the day, we wanted to see how much we made. With the totals right on your program, voila! Printed and ready for the treasurer.
Now we have a record of each bidder and their address, and will be ready for next year. We will mail them an invitation to the event as well as the contact information of our sponsors who donated items. This had previously been a weeks long task, now it’s ready and even can copy and paste to my word program for printing of envelopes.
A remarkable product at a great price. I had searched the internet for a similar product and found huge price tags. The easy and speed was more than we anticipated.
When we had a question and needed some online service, you were there within 12 hours. Thank you for this!
We will definitely recommend your product to other fund raising charities and look forward to using the program at our next charity auction.
